Make your own frosting with organic powdered sugar. You can leave white or add any of our color packets and top with sprinkles!
Makes 1 pint of frosting or 1 cup of icing, enough to decorate a cake or dozens of cupcakes or cookies.
Our frosting and icing mix is made with organic sugar and is non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan-friendly, so you can make fresh buttercream or cream cheese frosting with better-for-you ingredients.
CONTAINS

FROSTING - WHAT YOU NEED
½ cup butter (or substitute)
1 ½ tbsp milk (or substitute)
1 tsp vanilla
ICING - WHAT YOU NEED
3 tbsp milk (or substitute)
1 tsp vanilla
INGREDIENTS: POWDERED SUGAR: organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch
BUTTERMILK FROSTING DIRECTIONS: Put powdered sugar in medium bowl and blend in milk and vanilla. Add butter and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. If adding color, blend color with powdered sugar before adding milk.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
Ingredients: 1 stick butter (room temp), 8 oz cream cheese (room temp), 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Directions: Put cream cheese and butter in mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add vanilla and salt and blend. On low, slowly add powdered sugar and mix for 1 min, or until completely blended. If using on a Red Velvet cake or cupcake, lightly sprinkle frosting with red velvet crumbs.
